I have a business account which is barely used, yet Nedbank manages to debit it with hundreds of rands of charges - all with mysterious names like Admin, Sundry etc. Trying to call them to ask them to explain this charges is futile - they simply dont understand why anyone would be want to know what the charges relate to.
Nedbank claims to support small business - but the only support they provide is emptying their accounts with excessive fees. Simply having an account with a few transactions costs about R100 a month (no overdraft, no cash transactions, no cheque book).
Nedbank is lazy and greedy. They want money simply because one exists. They dont actually deliver a service, other than being, for these excessive fees. They hide the nature of fees behind obscure names.
AVOID Nedbank - unless you are happy to see you business cash drained by charges faster than you can be robbed by a criminal.
