Mustang Marketing
Unauthorized/Freudulant transaction

On 26/12/2013 at 17:07 (public holiday) an amount of R9950 was charged by Mustang Marketing on my CC. Recognizing it as a possible transaction, I contacted Nedbank Card Division, which cancelled my CC and replaced it.

On 07/10/2013 I contacted Client services and after several calls Martie phoned my back. She asked me to fax a proof of the transaction, which I did. I heard nothing from the company until I called again on 16/01/2013 (twice) and Martie called me back. She informed that the case was forwarded to finances and undertook to keep me informed, which did not happen.

On 07/01/2013 I also had to file a Dispute with Nedbank Card Division about the issue and fortunately I had a reference number. Enqueries indicated that the case was passed on to the Nedbank division. Nedbank reversed the transaction on 17/01/2013 and I got R9691.80 back from Nedbank.

I urge potential clients not get involved with this company at all, especially not to provide them with a Credit Card slip, giving your card details. They seem to have no control to prevent transactions. This type of thing cannot be made down to a administrative error. I my book it is clearly.
