I think I'm with the wrong bank

I'm with the wrong bank, a bank that refuses to reverse a debit order unless I bring a letter from the beneficiary? I mean like its a policy not a bank loan or credit card, I just wanted to reverse it because only I know the reason, and only I know my financial status. This is not right, I'm moving back to Nedbank.
