I applied for a second bond to do renovations to my property. After 4 months of phoning the bank i was told that the bank will only pay 80% of the requested amount due to company policy. This, after i was told on numerous occasions that my initial amount was approved. In the meanwhile i started with the renovations through a registered Building Contractor with my own funds, bearing in mind that i was guaranteed to receive the amount that i requested and that i will be able to finish the renovations. This is by far the most disgusting and poorest service delivery that i have ever came across in my life.
