Today I went to capitec bank in joubert and kerk street to reverse a payment which wasa debited by african bank as I don't get paid on the 13th of each month, I went there and some agent whose name I forgot said said they don't do reversals anymore I have to bring a letter and I said but randburg square can reverse without a letter hw come they can? U could see he was clueless and he said he is gonna go find out cz he is from leave (stupid axcuse) then he came back and said they don't reverse cause my capitec account is in arreas WHAT THE!!! Where does my capitec account come in cz I'm there to reverse the debit oreder that went off without my authority!!! So in other words they can't give back my money cz my account is in arrears!!! Hw stupid, that's my money and they doing as they please with my money and they ddnt want gv MY money that I've worked for back... so I want my money and after that I'm gonna close my account cz I'm really fed up with capitec... I'm sick and tired of them... rand burg has reversed unauthorized payments for me and they saying that maybe they don't know or maybe they are ignoring the new policy or procedure. I want my money..
