Capitec refuses to reverse an unauthorised debit

I went to the Prospectron branch of Capitec Bank on Thursday 27/06/2013 to ask them to reverse an unauthorised debit on my account. They refused to do it and told me that I need a letter from the company that my money, authorising them to reverse the debit. This makes no sense to me. You ask the who robbed you to kindly return your money and see if it happens. My money is not safe with Capitec, anybody who wants it can just take it and I must ask a for permission to take it back. I should've known better than to bank with the new kid on the block. ABSA, Standard Bank, FNB, Nedbank, can you offer me a safe place to keep my hard earned money.
