Debit orders going through not on agreed date

I am unable to reverse debit orders on my account although money is being deducted on dates not agreed by CAPITEC BANK and myself. Bank refuses to give me a letter for CAPITEC in order to reverse the tansactions leaving me with ZERO funds for transport and food.
