Standard Bank
Debit order dispute

I applied for a loan in December 2012 and it was approved. End January a debit order did no go off and early on Standard bank side they said that 28/01 there was insufficient funds. On capitec side it does not show that there was any dispute. I called early Feb the credit call centre to arrange payments on my loan as the debit order for R1541.00 is to much as a financial situation occured. My biggest mistake was that i never took the gentlemans name. I asked for paymetn arrangement of R600.00 a month that i will pay in. They need to stop my debit order for end Feb. I left it at that. On the 19th I received a call from Thando at the call centre but as I was ill I did not return the call. As I am back in office on the 25th Feb. The debit order for R1541.00 went off yesterday 25th went off. I NEED a letter to state I can reverse my debit order and pay in the R600.00. Standard bank refuses to do this, I made arrangements and now they cannot honor that.
They had the wrong cell no on as I changed it on my application. PLEASE HELP.
