My cellphone contract ended but still a debit order went off so i went to the bank to reverse the debit order but the bank refused to do it without a letter from the cellphone company. I have never ever had a problem with reversing a debit order or had to answer as to why i want to do it.(at any bank inclueding capitec) I feel this is my money and who are they to decide if they want to reverse or not. If for any reason i should owe another company money it has nothing to to with the bank. Its between me and the supplier.
I feel this is my money over which i have say. How can the bank just refuse me? it feels like the banks have charge over our money now???
