Last year (2012) July, I resigned from Standard Bank to-date I have not received my pension payout.
I received sms from Alexander Forbes which was informing me to contact SARS which I did from last year September. When I went to SARS, they advised me that I have two Tax Reference numbers.
My correct Tax No. Is: 1617237142, ID number 690313 0589 087 ino Simisile Cathrine Radebe and Standard Bank User ID A32252.
SARS advised me that the second Tax no. that shows in their system is: 1388488148 ino Nonhlanhla Confidence Radebe whom they claim she has all my personal details, i.e. residential and postal address, contact details and above all this person received pension payout same time in 2008 when I first resigned from Standard Bank which was more or less the same amount that I also received and it was transferred into her Standard Bank account number 010 017 003 ino NC Shongwe..
My biggest problem is that, SARS cannot clear or resolve this problem because this lady is owing them R84 000.
If I'm right, it cannot be a coincident that a person with all my details receive more or less the same amount as I received from the same company and all of a sudden this person is
