Last July, I resigned from Standard Bank and I received sms from Alexander Forbes which was informing me to contact SARS which I did. When I went to SARS, they advised me that I have two Tax Reference numbers.
My correct Tax No. Is: 1617237142, ID number 690313 0589 087 ino Simisile Cathrine Radebe.
SARS advised me that the second Tax no. that shows in their system is: 1388488148 ino Nonhlanhla Confidence Radebe whom they claim she has all my personal details, i.e. residential and postal address, contact details whom is NOT known to me.
My biggest problem is that, SARS cannot clear or resolve this problem because this lady is owing them R84 000. SARS asked me to bring an Affidavit and a letter from Home Affairs clearing/confirming that I'm the correct owner of an ID and it's not duplicated which I did. I've been to the above office more than 10 time from Set. 2012 and I even went to the Brooklyn office but noone seem to be willing to help me.
I am currently not working and my house is about to be repossessed due to the above and there's a lot going bad.
