I I got a sms from Alrxander Forbes on 11/4/2013, that processing of my claim started. I contacted the call centre on 12/4/2013, and the operator stated that my documentation was sent to SARS, and i can expect payment on 16/4/2013. On 15/4/2013, i contacted the call centre again, and was informed that i must fax a certified copy of my id, as well as 3 months bank statements!
Why did the first incompetent operator not tell me that i must forward documentation? And, Alexander Forbes did not allocate all my pension funds to me since my claim in October 2012? This payout is apparantlly a re visit of 2012 payout that was not fully allocated to me. Please allocate the funds to me. (Plus interest)
Alexander Forbes has got all my details, and why do they now need my bank statements to do a payment?
