Waiting for payment

Hi.

I have worked for this company. And didn't have any payment problems from them at first. But when i resigned on the 17/01/2013, i haven't received my salary.
I phoned many times to query when my payment will be ready for collection and every time i get the answer " Your cheque is not here"

I phoned HR (Head Office) and spoke to a lady on Friday 22/02/2013 and was told that the cheque will be send the Monday 25/02/2013 and will be in Pietermaritzburg 28/02/2013. I phoned them again today and was told the same thing.
