Beneficiary payment

Policy paid out to 2 of the 3 beneficiaries on 18.06.2013. Why did Mr D R Baker not get paid his portion. problem seems to be that he lives in Australia!!! Phoned call center on 0860102274 on 26-9-2013 and spoke to Leroy who put in a query regarding payment and said would send me an email. Nothing received to date! Phoned again on 01-10-2013 and spoke to Razia who said she would send me an e mail and still nothing received to date. Phoned today 07.10.2013 and spoke to Nombini who was going to resend Leroy's request??? How many times must I phone and speak to call centre who clearly are unable to handle this matter and are not allowed to transfer me to person supposed to be sorting this out. Do they exist!
