On the 24th of January 2013 Someone representing Coombe and Associate came to my work place with a letter of payment demand to the value of R2038.48 which I was expected to pay within 7 days. On the 27th of January 2013 the full amount was paid and the proof of payment faxed to Coombe and Associates as required.
At the beginning of March I learned that I garnishee order has been instituted against me by Coombe and associates. I phoned them and I was told that their fax machine had been having problems I then re faxed the proof of payment. A week later I phoned again only to be told that I should email the proof of payment which I did.
On receiving my payslip I found out that they have my deductions on my pay. I phoned them and was told the legal department is handling the issue. I asked to speak to someone who will have answers for me and was told there is no one else I can speak to.
Please help.
