I submitted a claim on the 31st of January 2013 and have not yet recieved any payment. They acknowledge the claim and got a differently story every time (e-mails numerous of them). I have to submit my banking details which I forwarded to them on their requested document (4) four times. Then they confirm that a cheque was forwarded to me (Feb 2013) Then I received an e-mail where the whole thing started all over again I then forwarded them with all the e-mails from A to Z then finally I received a call that the payment has been submitted by EFT as per the banking details forwarded to them. When I spoke to them earlier today (15.03.2013) a gentleman once again confirmed that the cheque was released the 11.03.2013??? He confirmed that it will take six weeks for the cheque to reach me??? I stay in Centurion not England? and yet up to this point in time there has also been no EFT payment???
