Disgruntled custome

I have a personal loan with Nebank my October Payment was a double debit, I then phoned for a refund it is now the 11/11/2013 and still no refund I spoke to Michael last week he then told me he would mark it down for urgent and the turn around time would be 48 hours which would mean it would be in Friday 08/11/2013 and it was not in. I then phoned again on Friday 08/11/2013 and spoke to Michael again who then told the process was in progress and it would be in either Saturday 09/11/2013 or Monday 11/11/2013 for the latest. Today is Monday and still no refund I then went to the branch this morning and phoned customer care again, the woman I spoke to told me that the refund I put through was declined and they resubmitted it and I would only get it this week. Why is it that Nedbank is so quick to deduct and u must wait almost 3 weeks for them to refund you this is not acceptable very disgruntled.
