POOR SERVICE AND NO FEEDBACK

Since 23/01/2013 I have been waiting to hear form Sirago's claims department regarding my claim for medical expenses. I phoned several times to find out when payment will be made and was told a different date every week. This is a gap cover and supposed to be paid within a week. I was promised on the 21/02/2013 that payment is on the 08/03/2013 for sure. He will e-mail me this confirmation of payment. Still haven't received any e-mail after several requests. Today (08/03/2013) I phoned again and they told me that payment will be made on the 22/03/2013. I am really fed up with all this empty promises and this is unacceptable. I have things to pay and now I have to wait another 2 weeks for payment. And then I'm not sure whether this payment will be made. IT'S REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!
