Pathetic service costign me R1100

I went into the N1 city branch to have a debit order that was new (less than 2 months old) reversed, as the insurance company had taken incorrect date (1 March and not 1 April). I went in and spoke to Charlton who told me he is not aloud to do the reversal, of my own funds and that I must take it up with the insurer, I then went and asked him is he 100% sure there is nothing he can done as this is the 1st time this has ever happened to my account with this debit order. He said it is your new policy that does not allow people to cancel NAEDO's, because people are cancelling just to get an extra buck. I am aware of this, but I am also aware of the C-alert that went out on the 15th of Feb stating that if it the 1st or 2nd time the NAEDO has gone off that it can be reversed (see under point 6).
I then had to go back and spend 2 hours on the phone getting a silly letter from the insurer to please him, so he would give my money back. My hourly rate is R550 ph. So, is Capitec going to refund me the R1100 I wasted this morning and extra for the airtime I had to waste? No.
Please make sure your staff actually take in what your company circulates!
