Cant set debit order date

On applying a debit order date was requested, which I did supply, for months the debit order went off perfectly, for the past 3 months Capitec is trying to deduct money earlier than arranged, causing reversals on my bank account and resulting in embarrassing phone calls demanding payment, and no matter how you explain no one is willing to assist, even went into a branch with proof of my pay date, the branch manager pulled up his shoulders blaming Naedo tracking and that my issue is out of his hands. My credit card debit other goes off through Naedo tracking and they don't deduct early actual none of my Naedo tracking debit orders gets deducted early, only Capitec, Makes you wonder about the validity of their excuse...
