Can't believe it

Hi my husband has a savings account with capitec bank and notice that today a company debited his account with 399 rand which he is not aware of, we contacted the capitec call centre to report the and request the funds be transfered back into his account and the call centre agent was absolutley rude stating that the money cannot be reversed as my husband needs to contact the company himself and request them to put the funds back in his account... what rubbish... if a customer is reporting what is the banks duty? We got disconnected due to signal she didn't even call back and we asked for the manager and was told that the team leader is busy so we called again and spoke to claudelle who explained to us that the money can be reversed as this is the first time they are debiting my husbands account and that my husband needs to go to a branch but now tell me why are two agents telling us different things and when he asked nelisiwe why is capitec allowing people to debit his account without his knowlege her response is there is nothing she can do please contact my husband on 0784366530 @11-30-12-30 as he works in a refinery
