On the 01/03/2013 I went to an atm to withdraw money, the atm didnt dispense notes. The transaction went through my account and has still not reflected back into my account.

I then called the department and spoke to Edmand who advised me that I needed to go into the bank. I went into the bank on the 01/03/2013 and spoke to a consultant Yolisa who advised me it will take 15 business days. It felt like she was doing me a favour rather her job. I then delt with |Ashika who had the same approach.

I would like to enquire if Iam able to charge standard bank interest on my money.
