I am a Capitec Customer I called the callcentre as my account is been debited by a company I cancelled a policy with I need information from the 0860 number as I want my debit order reversed and I was advised that theres a new ruling which I heard nothing about The company has to give you a letter stating that you were debited in error
How long is that company going to take to send you that letter and its my money my bank I am paying for the funds to be returned so why all the unneccessary work, I think Capitec is becoming like every other bank they charge unneccesary fees and know rules we know nothing about. They need to return my money because its my money and I will be looking at other banks together with my husband and sister.
