Hi, I don't normally complain, but today I have just had enough! Here is what happened: During January I had a bit of a hiccup with my finances (as we all have). I applied for al loan from Finchoice in the amount of R10000.00. I knew that I would be able to settle the FULL amount on 23/02/2013, less than a month after I received the loan. I made sure of all the charges that I would be responsible for and the lady assured me that I could pay R10000.00 on 23/02/2013 to settle the full balance and close the account. If this was not the case, I WOULD NEVER HAVE TAKEN THE LOAN. Now On 23/02/2013 I paid the amount of R10000.00 into their account. When I queried my account, I noticed that I was still in a debit of around R360.00. this was not wat was agreed upon, but its not that bad, so I said I would pay it. After inspection of my bank statement, I noticed that they had already debited my account with R1100.00. I immediately sent them an email explaining what happened and requested the balance be refunded to me. Today when I phoned them they had all kinds of stories and say I still owe them R360.00? That the R360 the installment debited of R1, 100.00 represented insurance and other fees?
