Hi, Not sure who reads this and actually dont care,
I just need to make a statment and hopefully word gets out to everyone, No doubt Westbank is a leader in vehicle finance, you are quick, efficient and reliable, however your after service, your staff are terrible and personally I would fire them, they tarnish the reputation of your company, I cannot seem to ever be lucky enough to get a hold of a single staff member that is helpful and knows what they are doing, anyway you decide, just another complaint ot is it worth doing anything about,
On the flip side, you have a magnificent supervisor working for you, personally better then some of those managers who are always in meetings and scared to speak to an angry client, This supervisor is Thabiso, in fact I have his direct number and I might just see if he is interested in a job, we have vacancies all the time, I dont think Westbank deserves him,
Lastly Why is it I am treated like a criminal when I leave you, Why is it I must call you back, why cant you call me, Is it not enough stress dealing with the insurance, the police now I must deal with my finance company as well, I just need a settlement letter for the insu
