This is now my 5th complaint against the incompetent staff working at kinprice insurance not to mention that this is people who hold Manager as a title behind their name but does not know what customer service is about. Everytime i load a complaint they dont respond or call me but i recieve mails from hellepeter saying that they did respond to my complaint but they havent even done so and that again just proves that they dont care and think that this company will last in this economy. They refuse to do anything that i as a client request and no one above management ever responds or attends to your complaints. who ever reads this please forward and let people know that this is the most ridiculous insurance company ever and the people who employed such staff also clearly doesnt know anything about service!!!
