I would like to take this time & compliment Tshidisho from Client service department on excellent service rendered, I am Miway existing client & wanted to add Warranty on my cover & increase my monthly premiums so that my access should be reduced, he assisted me without any complaints or asking me what time can he call me like other call center companies do (because they becoming irritated if you want to put them on hold) I kept on asking him to hold the line for me as I was answering incoming calls. He took his time in assisting me & getting / making quotes that will be suitable & affordable to me.
