A month ago I called Wesbank and spoke to a aldy called Refilwe or someone with that name. I told her that this is the first time I am applying for vehicle finance and needed her to assist me. She filled in an application for me and when she did credit checks she said that I was blacklisted and she mentioned the name of companies who blacklisted me however I told her that all my debts have been paid up. She put me on hold saying that she is going to speak to her supervisor and she will call me back. I trusted that she will, two days later I got a call from one of her collegues asking me if I wanted to apply for vehicle finance I advised her that I already have and am just waiting for her collegues call regarding my applications process and then she told me that my application was voided however she would rather let Refilwe deal with me. Its more than three weeks since I've had no response and am wondering if this is the kind of service that every client receives from Wesbank.
