NO SERVICE FROM WESTBANK!!!

I settled my car on the 07th February and had to call Westbank 5 times to request a settlement letter. The settlement amount is still showing on my FNB account as outstanding and I have not HAD ANY FEEDBACK!!! I called last week and they promised me I will receive my settlement letter and my account will be updated on the 18th Feb 2013. On the 18th Feb I called again to tell them that this was NOT done. The lady on the phone promised me that I would receive my letter and my account will be updated before 17;00 that day. Needless to say, the next morning it was still outstanding.
I called again and this time I was more angry than before. This was the 5th time I called. The lady on the other side of the phone was very rude. She told me that my letter will be with me no later than that afternoon 17;00 and I didnt need to call again.
I have now waited and waited and waited. NOTHING. I do not know what more I need to do!! I am aggravated and highly irritated that I have to call the whole time without having any luck!! WHEN will my account in FNB show zero?? When will I receive my letter?? Hopefully still this year!!
