For insurance purposes I require a copy of the certificate of registration for my vehicle. I emailed my request through and was promised a copy within three working days. Two weeks later I still don't have it. This is a disgusting lack of customer service. I urgently need this document and westbank has been no help. I will not accept this. Westbank is welcome to pay for my car seeing as though they are not interested in merely giving me the paper. Sort this out before I go to the newspaper.
