I purchased a vehicle two months back, sent a mail last Friday, to obtain a settlement and re finance a later model with a higher price, to date no response, except a reply to my mail, turn around time will be 48 hrs. I am private bank client, still waiting for a consultant to approve finance from wesbank. I contacted the dealer and finance was arranged within an hour, where are te benefits of being a private bank client. I have been with F N B and Wesbank finance for many years and financed a few vehicles, Absa Finance does not treat me the way I am currently being treated at Wesbank. I am losing faith within this corporate institute.
