Worst customer service experience ever!

My car was in an accident on 05/12/2012. Ghadafi was assigned as my claims operator. For the whole of Dec I never got any feedback from anyone, & when I phoned in late Dec I was told that he hasn't even spoken to the police to get the Accident Report.In the second week of Jan, I phoned almost everyday for a week, only to get told that he's busy & will call back, which never happened. Finally, another lady gave me an update, & said that my claim will not be paid out as the 1 front and rear tire was illegal. When I spoke to him the next day, all of a sudden it was both front tires that were illegal. After a heated discussion, he changed his opinion and said the claim will be paid out. After arguments about the excess (wanted to overcharge me with R2600), Florence was assigned as the claims operator. Once again I never heard from her, except if I phoned in. After waiting for almost a month for parts, my car was finally repaired last week, but then the garage realized they need more parts, that will take who knows how long to get.

I've been without a car for 3 months! I can assure you, after this horrible experience, I'm cancelling my policy, & will go to someone OUTSIDE the Telesure Group
