Now still going for 2years and almost 3 years now. I bought a car and the motor packed up in the first month. After that I heard more bad news about the car I bought, but the dealer never said a word about any trouble. Witch means that they didn't sell the car legally to me. Yip! The CPA act says you got a 6 months warranty legally with the sale and they must tell you if there's any fault on the car. In this case I just paid and paid for all the trouble and repairs, but the CPA or the dealer (Swartberg motor Oudtshoorn) and MFC just didn't bother cause they got there money and I suppose its the costumer. Law in this country got now place anymore but for sure its just pay and pay. SO MY QUESTION to this story is what is going to happen about this? The 3rd time I complaint about the story and still nothing had happened. The CPA (useless act) been doing something for 2years but every time you send a e-mail its the same old story. The car dealer got more rights for taking every customer for a ride and nobody does something. The CPA is useless and MFC doesn't care. Somewhere there should be a way off getting things happening
