I have applied and sent through all my documentation for a consolidation loan on the 15th of January 2013. Every time I call through I have to wait minimum 20minutes for a consultant to answer and when they do they answer they inform me that I need to wait to hear from the bank. The initial process was supposed to be 10-15 business days. It's now over a month. I have been to the branches many times and they just tell me to keep calling the call centre... It's a pitty as I have banked with Standard bank all my life. I just need an answer so I know where I stand with this application???
