Terrible Service

I am a Miway client. I was in an accident last week Friday. I've been calling Miway everyday since Monday and I either can't get through to the claims department or get the same information "Your vehicle is at the assessor, we are waiting for a report from the assessor". On Monday I was told that the report would be available within 48hrs, but 4days later I was told that the report is still not available and the lady I spoke to "didn't know why". I don't have a car, it's bad enough I was in an accident, but for the insurance company that's supposed to help me out to take my car and just put in on the side while I struggle to get bye is not fair. I don't understand the purpose of insuring my car if I'm going to wait for it for a period long enough for me to save enough money to fix the car myself. It's a huge inconvenience. The consultant that my claim was assigned to, is never available whenever I try to call him, I emailed him 2x asking about the progress and he doesn't respond. Seriously! It's December, if my case hasn't been attended to by now, chances are I'll spend the festive season without a car, just because some people are too lazy
