My wife's accident has now happened almost a week ago.
We have been assigned a personal consultant.
We simply CANNOT get hold of the consultant via phone or email currently.
The times that we could get hold of the consultant we were being told that they were still getting quotes for parts. Seriously, it's now been nearly a week so how long can it take?
On request as to why it's taking so long the excuse is because of hail & flood claims in Gauteng. Didn't our accident & claim happen before then??? Does Gauteng get preference before the Western Cape???
The only way is now via Hellopeter.
We need to find out the outcome of our claim so that we can plan ahead.
We have no figures and we don't know whether the vehicle is going to be repaired or written off.
Could someone please contact us urgently and take ownership of our case???
