Warranty Claims

I bought my GWM Steed on the 21/06/2013. After a few days driving with it, the ABS light started coming on and also the maintenance light a few days after that. I took it in to Group1/GWM in Midrand for them to check what the problem is. They told me that the right front ABS sensor and also the clutch switch needs to be replaced. I spoke to a Caitlyn there, she took all the necessary documents and said she will submit the claim. a week after that I phoned to asked how far the claim is and I was told they were offline and they will get back to me. Another week passed and I phoned again, to be told that Caitlyn doesn't work there anymore and that Granville has replaced her. I was told that they will look into this and let me know, once again, they never phoned me back. I phoned again and was told Granville was in an accident and they cant help me as they need to wait for him. I then took this up with Granville's supervisor Piet. Gave him all the details, and once again they never let me know what was going on. I took my car in for a service and asked for feedback on the warranty claim. They will find out and let me know. I went there last week, told them I need answers. STILL waiting
