WORST SERVICE EVER

I had an accident on 20 March 2013, filed my claim on 21 March 2013. For a period of 2 weeks I got no feedback from first for women. When I eventually enquired, I then found out what the issue was and i gave them the information which they required, however, had i not phoned, no one would have informed me that there was an issue. For a further 2 weeks I still heard nothing from first for women. Again, i phoned!! Eventually after many phone calls from my side, my claim was finalised in the first week of May! My car has now been in repairs for three weeks, first for women promises weekly updates, I have recieved nothing! In the last 2 days I have phoned first for women repairs division to get some information 5 times, and every time I am guaranteed a response and that someone will give me the information as to when my car will be fixed; however, still no one has phoned me! i am livid, I have already paid half my excess so that the parts could be ordered. how much longer am i meant to wait? my hire car expires on tuesday...
