Useless claims

So had a terrible week and had to submit multiple claims. Had a wed morning which I submitted the claim later that day. Told 24 hrs max until they contact me.2 days and 3 messages later no reply. Fri morning my geyser burst.logged another claim and told that if no news by midday then phone back.phoned backed and still not assigned.finally at 3pm told they've alloocated a plumber but not sure for when.was promised they'd phone back and let me know if plumber would come on weekend or not.still waiting.phoned again at 5-told claims closed but. 1 guy would phone me in 5 min.still waiting
