25/01/2013 i did an atm deposit, to my account after three days the money was still not cleared, when I called the call center was told that it clears after 4 days, the 5... 02/03/2013 day still the money is not cleared, I called again spoke to Lungile Mazibuko... who could not assist me and told me to go to the branch, I then told her that the reason I deposited is to avoid going to the branch, she then called the supervisor by the name of Ashley, who said he will assist me by calling the nearest branch and come back to me, he did that at around 09:30 and promised to call me bacj at 12:00 for the feedback... it is now.12:37 no responds no money, and its a week end dont have money for fuel and other things
