On the 12.11.2013 at 15:06. I went to standard bank Jubilee mall to make a cash ATM deposit. While I was waiting for the receipt. I received a print out error message saying cash jam please go to the nearest branch. The lady called Amanda from the branch came and told me that these are the new ATM and the custodians have left already. So she called ATM office and she was told that the custodians will come the next day, and she must make sure one person gets inn with them when they open the ATM door. To make sure they dont the money. They gave her contact details of the relevant person. She called the custodians and he told her that she will come the next day. The next day I waited and later called the bank and spoke to Connie who was great help as she kept giving me feedback. However when the custodians came to open, I was given the different story now I have to wait for 6 working days because they need to investigate. That's pathetic reason. The're was nothing to show that the ATM was out of order. Can someone please handle this matter I want my money.
