I would like to lay a formal complaint against Standardbank regarding misleading and incorrect information found on both your website as well as from your call centre agents! I made an ATM deposit on Thursday 31 January and on your website it says it will be available immediately and on Friday the funds stilll werent cleared. On Monday 4 February I was told at your call centre that it takes 2 days and when the money still was not cleared on Tuesday 5 February i called again only to be told that it takes 3 days i asked the agent to confirm that it was 2 and not 3 days which he did so i was clearly misinformed by the previous agent. Today i went to the ATM to check again and still the funds were not cleared and when i called my branch was told that it takes 3-4 days! I am absolutely incensed at not only for continuously wasting money calling you but for the fact that you are disseminating incorrect and inconveniencing information to the public. I expect this to be addressed accordingly!
