MONEY TAKEN AND NOT IN ACCOUNT

A deposit of R950.00 was deposited at an atm at Sandton City Branch... the money was taken and a slip returned with some nonsense that the account does not have atm access status. But the machine still took the money. Upon querying inside the branch was told that the account is a non resident account and then recitfied. The money still not in the account an hour later. The team leader Ms Ramutla then came to assist and assured me that someone had been called to come and open the atm and get the money which will then be deposited into my daughters account before close of business. At 4pm she then called me to say that the section that does the capturing closes at 4pm and this will be done first thing in the morning. It is now 11am on the 29th Nov... after several attempts to call Sandton City to speak to Ms Ramutla, no joy and not a word from her. My daughter is now in Durban for her matric vac with no money and Standard Bank is quiet and have my money. I need some assistance to have this money deposted immediately into her account as she has nothing and no food!!! Totally disgusted with the service and lack of concern for a stranded child.
