Disgust at POOR Service and past experience at FNB

On Sat 29 June 2013 I went in to deposit a salary cheque at FNB Rosebank. I was told there would be a hold placed for 7 days. I tried to explain to the teller that this was a salary deposit and that I had a letter confirming it. I understand that there is a process but the manner in which I was told that the teller supervisor already addressed this issue when attempting to explain my deposit to the enquiries. After worrying about the cheque being deposited I did not deposit it because I was scared I would not be able to resolve this issue. I then deposited it on Tuesday as the bank was busy on Monday. I was told by the teller when requesting a special clearance that it would take 3 working days and that Friday it would be cleared in the account. Today is Friday the 5 July and when I called this morning to follow up I requested FNB Premier to assist me and still waiting feedback. I then called FNB Chili Lane to follow up. I was told that this will take 5 working days. The attitude from FNB as a whole has been disgusting (IF ONLY EVERYONE HAD THE SAME STORY ON PROCESSES - PATHETIC!!!) Oh and I also had all my funds taken out my FNB acc in 2012 at an FNB branch
