Most incompetent bank to do business with

My second phone that I recieved from fnb has gone in for repairs and its been a month now and no response or feedback as to whats happening yet fnb gladly debits my account for this phone. I got a pho e through fnb expecting to get a great deal yet it spends more time with fnb than with me. I call the guy shane that made empty promises to me following my last complaint and his colleagues at that call centre say they will get him to call me back but it never happens. He never once gave me feedback or knew himself what was happening am sick and tired of this now. If fnb cannot uphold this contract the they should refund my money and I will take a contract somewhere else. Stop making empty promises to people and lying just to get sales. I am reallydisgusted with the service I received from this pathetic bank. Regret ever joining them and surely wont be with them for long. My sim card has been out of use for a month now. Fnb should change their slogan to how can we inconvenience you
