As an employee in the security industry we were forched to join the PSSPF. the Fund was then taken over by ABSA. I have FAXED and MAILED and spoken to several people at ABSA to get my money out as i have left my employer since last year July 2012. Seven months later and sooooo many phonecalls later nothing has been done. You call the call centre and the phone just rings, then they prompt you to leave a voicemail, BUT, the voicemail box is full, surprize surprize!!! each response given after a complaint is logged is, "we will investigate and getback to you" Sort it out!!! How are we suppose to live if we can not get our money out???
this is pathetic service!!! If you not planning on giving the people their money back it might as well just been from us. Soooo frustated and angry!!
