Policy Value after move from Metropolitan Odyssey

My wives RA was transferred from Metropolitan to Momentum following the merger with Metropolitan. The last statement received from Metropolitan had a Death Value of R9336.00. However on the Momentum statement the Death Value only is R6778.00. The policy is now worth less R2558.00 (or 27%). My wife's surname was also reverted back to her maiden name that we changed last year. This makes us believe that the policy was not imported incorrectly.

We phoned and emailed Momentum several times and I even visited the Head Office in Centurion once, every time we are told it will be investigated and we should receive feedback within a day or two. However a month as already passed. Emails sent to [Email Removed] are not answered and the client service representatives in the call centre are not able to give any answer.

Hello Peter platform now is our last attempt to get an answer from Momentum before we will move the RA to another service provider via a Section 14 Transfer.

TO ALL OTHER POLICY HOLDERS OUT THERE WHO'S POLICY 'S WERE ALSO TRANSFERRED TO MOMENTUM VIA THE METROPOLITAN MERGER, PLEASE CHECK YOU POLICY VALUES AS MOMENTUM PROBABLY ALSO HAS MONEY FROM YOU!!!
