Please refer to my post on the 8th of January, I was given an auto response as follows:
"Our protocol dictates that we give the first person to receive the complaint (in this case Mrs. Strydom) three working days to try and resolve the complaint. "
Yet more empty promises from this supplier. 3 working days have now come and gone, no phone call, no e-mail, just silence.
My suggestion to anyone contemplating using AA Autobay, STAY AWAY, it's all hot air and empty promises!!!
