Poor service d empty promises

Fisrtsly I have to phone fnb every second day to get the switch in progress so they can start the shipping process of the smart fone ordered.
Finally get the smartfone to be sent from fnb to Enginuity to get shipped 2 days ago on tuesday 16? 4, Enginuity calls me back to confirm delviry adress and says it will take 48hours for the phone to be delivered sending me 2 sms's one confirming the phone, gave Enginuity a call today 18? 4 to ask if the phone will me delivred today and they say they do not have stock and will hopefully get stock in this afternoon and ship the device to me on friday 19/04.
Really poor service from fnb and Enginuity with all the empty promises and stock issues which started at the begging of the week
