Again no service and empty promises

Once again Push Play is not keeping to the arrangement. I have my list but for May i have not received 1 DVD and when I ask I get empty promises. I have sent about 3 or 4 mails to ask what is going on. They don't even ask me. It does not help calling them because the last time they were more worried about where I found their phone number then helping me. This is my daughter and my entertainment. i get nice good old movies from them but every second month you have to fight for service.
Not sure if the complain is worth the word because getting response from them even through Hello Peter is not going to happen.
Why all the problems and why is it always an IT issue. How many IT issues can one person have on their 1 account??

I hope to get a response with this.
